Prairie Senior Care: Winnipeg SCU accounts

Hi Tim and Ethan,

I hope that your day is going well so far. As we discussed on the phone, a letter of direction is the first requirement to let Tim take over the accounts. In addition to that, I am wondering if you have the owner structure of HCA Home Care Assistance Canada Inc. The reason why I am asking for this is because as part of our business membership compliance procedure, we must determine who is the beneficial owner of the company.

I am going on vacation next week so I have CC my assistant manager, Lucy Sun, on this email so that we can follow up with you while I am not at work.
