Wellness Wednesday Update!

Hi Team,

I'm excited to announce some changes to our Wellness Wednesday program! In
an effort to create more opportunities for participation, we're shortening
each session to 30 minutes and increasing the frequency to two per month.

For the month of February, we have two exciting activities planned:

1. Journaling Activity on Work-Life Balance:

Date: Wed, Feb 5

Time: 10am PST

Location: Google Meet <http://meet.google.com/ppw-pbpz-msy>

Description: Join us for a guided journaling session focused on achieving
work-life balance. We'll explore strategies for managing time, setting
boundaries, and prioritizing self-care.

2. Breathwork Session for Stress Management:

Date: Wed, Feb 19

Time: 10am PST

Location: Google Meet <http://meet.google.com/ppw-pbpz-msy>

Description: Learn and practice simple breathing techniques to help you
stay calm and focused during stressful times at work. No prior experience
with breathwork is necessary.

We hope these shorter and more frequent sessions will make it easier for
everyone to participate and prioritize their well-being.
