Wellsky data delay 5/7/25

Due to an issue at Wellsky, we have not yet loaded the clearcare data into
the data lake. We are waiting on Wellsky to resolve this issue. Their
current ETA is 2 hours and then after that our dependent processes will
take a few hours to complete (see details below).

*What is the Impact?*

*Analytics Portal / Tableau Reports: *SoCs, billed hours, revenue, active
client / caregiver counts and other numbers related to Clearcare will still
reflect yesterday's totals. *ETA for Tableau reports being refreshed is
3:30 PM Pacific.*

*Billing: *Data related to any shifts that may have been finalized
yesterday has not yet been sent to Netsuite. *ETA for *Carelog/Billing
Items data to be sent to Netsuite is *1*:30* PM Pacific* with parent payers
and authorizations to follow.

*Payroll:* As today is Wednesday and payroll from last week is still being
processed, the integration is not scheduled to run until later in the day.
If Wellsky resolves their issue by their ETA there is no impact to payroll
integration with Workday.

*Coupa Contractor payroll: *Invoice data for prior week was sent yesterday
so this should not impact caregiver contractor payroll. However, any new
contractor onboarding will be delayed until tomorrow.
