Our Workato integration tool is experiencing an issue with the Salesforce connection. This means that we do not have yesterday's Salesforce data in the data lake. It also appears that it is affecting the integration between Salesforce and Clearcare. *What is the impact?* 1. *We are not able to push closed won opportunities from Salesforce to Clearcare.* This means you will not see clients converted yesterday / this morning in Clearcare yet. 2. *No data was loaded into the data lake from Salesforce today.* This means any Tableau / Analytics Portal reports will understate leads, opportunities, and conversions and will be missing yesterday's updates. There is no ETA but we will send out updates via email or you can also check The Key IT Status Page <https://thekeystatus.trust.pagerduty.com/>.
