Ann Nixon - hourly rate

Thank-you for taking the time to speak with me yesterday.

As discussed, the hourly rate of $32.50/hr is not a price point that we can
offer. Looking back on the history of care for Ann, we started in April
2022 at the rate of $37/hr, raised it to $39.22 approximately a year later
and then raised the rate again to $40.50/hr a year after that. The reason
for these annual increases was to offset the rate of inflation during the
past two years - which has been significant. Nevertheless, in May of this
year we dropped the rate to $36/hr which is a dollar per hour less than the
rate we initially offered back in 2022. We did this because we value the
loyalty you and Ann have shown to TheKey and due to the fact that the level
of service we are providing Ann increased. As I mentioned on our call
together, this is the lowest rate we offer in the GTA and it is a rate
usually reserved for clients with over 80 hours of care per week.

We truly value Ann as a client and have a new Client Care Manager Kristal -
who is a registered RN - overseeing her care needs. It is my sincere hope
that you continue to choose us as a care partner for your mother.
