"**Salesforce Feature Releases This Week**

**Search by office zip code**

Activated the feature to allow users to view related offices when searching by zip code. We have also added the office number and address under the office in the search box.

**Please note, due to a SF limitation, when searching for Zip codes you will need to hit enter to see office details. It will only pull under the quick search if it is a frequent searched zip code by the user.

**Zip Codes associated with Tucson**

A new inactive ClearCare location for the Tucson Franchise has been created and a list of zip codes have been uploaded to this office. The office distribution list has been updated.

**SRG Report Updates**

We have added the following data to the SRG Report; Prior Month Revenue, Current Month Client Starts, Starts T&E Intention and Client % Last 3 Months. We have removed the following: Level 1 Account, Level 1 Account Owner, Level 2 Account, Level 2 Account Owner, 2-Week Retention and Last Modified Date. The report is also now alphabetized by the Level 3 Account Owner.

**New User for Intake Team**

A new user called; “Intake Team” has been created for the integration with Caring.com.

**New Fields and Permission Set for Intake Team**

Added field, “Intake Owner” to the lead and the opportunity that is only editable by the Intake team members. On the lead, the field is a v-lookup and on the opportunity, it is read only except for Julia Jenkins and Cristal Munoz.

**Approval Process for SF Intake Team**

“Request Intake Ownership” approval flow has been created, so the SF intake team can request ownership on the opportunity. The request will go to Cristal Munoz for approval and after 24hrs it will go to Julia Jenkins.

**New fields for integration (SF Intake Team)**

A new field called, Partner ID has been added to the lead and is read only for all users. This field will be filled in with the reference number from Caring.com. We have also created a new lead source titled, “Partner.”"
