Chris sent an email earlier today asking us to capture some basic information for all Flex Care sites so we can partner with Joel to run the financials. Audra and I have created a simple spreadsheet, which needs to be completed by EOD tomorrow.

**Definition of Flex Care:** This is a program where we contract with clients in a facility for a set amount of money to provide short visits (usually 15 minutes or less) for services like medication reminders, laundry, etc. A designated caregiver or caregivers at the site moves through all the clients enrolled in the program throughout their day.
