Thank you all for meeting today! The action items are as follows: Kathryn
has already reached out to RRD to revisit the process for printing and
shipping in office - will keep everyone updated ----Looking to answer what
will the shipping timeframes be coast to coast and what will shipping costs
be Kathryn and Cameron will put together a proposed starter kit for launch
for the offices Also employee gifts -----Goal is to get a budget figured
out Tim will send info on # of offices, field employees, sales reps,
caregivers for use in estimating costs for the launch kits

Goal: Review Collateral for Canada's Transition to TheKeyOutcomes:next
steps for confirming if RRD can print and ship in Canadaconfirm how long it
would take to print and ship welcome kits to the offices as part of this
(this timing will be used to finalize our launch date so we can keep the
costs of these materials in Q1 or get Tad's approval to move the costs to
Q4)review previous launch kits for US and what items would need to be
updated or removed for Canadian marketsex: need a bilingual 5-fold brochure
(essentially the trifold but also in French and double sided)review what
items have been French translated already and what still needs to be done
