Dear Tim and Tim Sr,

Please note your monthly statement of February is now available in
your owner portal at https://ownerx.streamlinevrs.com/

All statements are located in the section ''Reports'' and invoices will be
located in the section ''Attachment''

Note that we have decided to remove the monthly fee of 150$ for maintenance
coordination. We feel that Lago units might not require this allocated
amount of time we anticipated, and would like to show good faith in
removing this charge at the beginning of our partnership. we left the
supply (40$) and the linen fee (30$) .

We will see in the *attachment *section the invoice for the maintenance
labour and what they did, you will see these at every check-in, the time
spent varies between 30 min up to hours depending on any repairs needed.
This first visit we spent one hour doing our first tour and recognition.
