Hello Alysce,
To streamline our processes and provide clear, consistent insights, we are
excited to introduce the Site Home Base. The Site Home Base will now serve
as our primary source of information for your key pipeline and hiring
metrics.

The dashboard is built out for each site individually, providing you with a
tailored view of your specific operations. Everything you need can be found
in the main "Home Base Overview" tab, and the “Site Data Summary” tab which
is updated automatically every week requiring no data manipulation on your
end
The "Homebase Overview" tab includes:

Key Recruitment Contacts: Quickly find the right person to connect with.

Pipeline Overview: A live look at the current status of our candidates.

Onboarding Data: Insights into the onboarding process within the
Pipeline Overview table.

Important Links: Easy access to relevant resources and tools.

Pilot Information: Stay informed about any ongoing initiatives that may
impact your site.
“Orientation & Staffing Needs” tabs:

Please continue to utilize these trackers within the Site Home Base
Document as you previously did when they were combined by region.

Anything that was added since 7/31 should manually be transferred into
the Home Base trackers.
The “Site Data Summary” tab will include:

Data points: Key weekly metrics including caregivers hired, starts for
that week, etc.

Please note: the information in this tab is currently undergoing
testing, and your specific site may not be updated until the end of next
week
Our goal is to give you a comprehensive, real-time view of our talent
pipeline and hiring status in one accessible location. I will be joining
existing meetings over the coming weeks to assist with any questions or
navigation challenges, but please feel free to reach out individually if
you have any questions or would like assistance at any point.
