CAD Duplicate Customers Clean-Up: 4/19/2024

Good afternoon, leaders -

With Canada Integration Go-Live approaching next month, we are
working through our cutover checklist to ensure that all systems are ready
for a seamless transition. The next item is to clean up duplicate records
in Clearcare.

We are looking to integrate from Clearcare to Netsuite on Friday evening
(4/19). If there are any duplicate accounts, this will create duplicate
customer records in Netsuite and send the client two separate invites to
Versapay. Can each of you please check your locations and clean up any
duplicate records for active customers by the *EOB Friday, April 19th*?
Once completed with your cleanup, please respond to the thread confirming
your location is done.

If you run into any issues or have concerns with the request, please reach
out to me directly. We appreciate your partnering and quick turnaround!

Here are a few caught during a spot check but there is a high chance there
are more.
