Hi Tim,

Hope you're having a great vacation.  When you're back next week, let's
plan to connect on next steps in Nova Scotia.  Based on our review there
are pretty stringent wage and hour laws that I'd like to discuss related to
CG's.

Attached are draft client and CG agreements for Nova Scotia.  The draft of
the internal employee agreement went out with the national template in our
other chain.
