Amazon Corporate Account Update

Hi All!

I wanted to introduce you to Andy Kozak who will be taking over the Amazon
responsibilities from Kate!

I know that a few of you have requested changes be made to your Amazon
account.  Please send an email to Andy with what needs updated, name of
person you want to add and their email address, the address for the
location and the name of your region.  Please let Andy know if you need to
have someone removed as well.
