Hi Taneshia, I've created rules to alert that email address of any incoming
Unicom messages where the sender is in the Toronto Geo between the times
you mentioned. Note that the alert doesn't contain the actual contents of
the incoming message and it will just notify the on-call that someone
texted that number. Also, I noticed that the "take me there" link for these
Unicom rules aren't working though so I filed a JIRA (MID - 3868) to have
this fixed.
I also created a rule to send an email for all missed clock outs to go to
the same email address.
