Called William back and advised him that this week the team is only doing over the phone assessments and he was not thrilled about it. I asked if I can schedule it next week in person for him instead he then said let me speak to my father and I will get back to you. He wanted an in person assessment this week to start asap. we agreed to check in tomorrow to allow him time to speak with his father.
