Field and Corporate New Hire Orientation Update

Dear Leaders,

As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the onboarding experience, we are
implementing an updated approach to New Hire Orientation for field and
corporate employees only (this does not include caregivers). Moving
forward, orientation will no longer be held live. Instead, we have
streamlined the process to provide greater flexibility and engagement for
new hires.
What’s Changing:

   -

   New hires will now receive a welcome email with instructions to begin
   their orientation by watching a pre-recorded New Hire Orientation video.
   This video will cover TheKey’s mission, values, and key onboarding tasks.

   In addition, new hires will be assigned the "New Hire Essentials"
   training in the learning portal. This course covers key topics such as
   TheKey’s mission, vision, and values, the Balance Care Method, setting up
   Google Workspace, and navigating Workday.
   -

   The live orientation will be replaced by optional Q&A sessions every
   Monday at 11:00 am PST. During these sessions, new team members can
   attend office hours to ask any questions related to the orientation video
   or their onboarding process.

Please encourage new hires to participate in the Q&A sessions if they have
any questions.
