Stephen (Steve) Heller — Scott Viscomi to Home Care Assistance Only

Update: Yesterday, I met with Steve and his wife to catch up for a half hour to determine if they needed to get back on service with us. Great news, They seem to be very well cognitively and physically. Steve is engaging in regular PT @NWM - LF Parkinson's clinic, and his wife is regularly exercising. They thanked us for showing us that they don't have to leave their home, and can age in place. They remain close with their former Caregiver from TheKey.  I will update their Niece Cara personally.
