Hi Carol, Kim and Kim!

Sorry this is late. I just received the confirmation of areas the Regional
Recruiter will be covering. Below are the talking points as well as the
charts indicating the areas the Regional will be responsible for. I have
added the other leaders for visibility. Tim, as you know this does not
affect Canada currently.

   - RDs should say the speaking points in the communication plan with
their recruitment leaders (both ones who will move under Kerry and the ones
in your division currently leading recruiters)
   - The RD and recruitment leader together should share with each of their
recruiters. This will be done 2 ways:

   1. For the recruiters in your division going to a new leader:
      1. I recommend their direct leader lets them know this. This way
the recruiter has an opportunity to ask questions and it is best to hear
      from that direct leader
   2. For the recruiters in your division that the only change is that they
   are moving under my leadership:
      1. That should come from their leader with an RD flanking them.

*Talking Points:*

Currently we have a regional recruitment model with only 5 of the 25
recruitment leaders who focus on Caregiver Recruitment and the rest of the
leaders are in hybrid roles. This leads to a fragmented model and
approach. In 2022, we were able to successfully roll-out a digital
experience for our caregivers from chatbots to a digital applicant tracking
system that allows caregivers to apply online rather than coming into a
physical branch office. We also continue to enhance our caregiver
marketing focused on finding both quality and quantity caregivers from
sources that convert at the highest rates.

With all this in place, we are ready to consolidate recruitment into one
centrally managed organization under Caregiver Experience that will allow
us to continue to improve productivity of caregiver recruitment and flex
our recruiters beyond the physical boundaries to meet our clients demand
where it is needed most. The leaders in this structure will have Caregiver
Recruitment as their only focus allowing them to improve performance and
productivity while continuing to optimize our current processes and
structure. This will also allow recruiters to maximize their
productivity and achieve both their personal and professional goals. This
model will set TheKey apart from competition and lead us to be the employer
of choice.

We plan on rolling this out in 2 phases: Phase one is for the NE and SE
divisions. All leaders and team members have been notified. Phase 2 will
come later in March and we are still working through the details with the
West.
