Hi Tim,

Audra reached out to me today regarding a significant discrepancy between
the on-call budget I projected for the Midwest region and the figures
provided by Jenifer Piper. After reviewing my calculations, I made some
adjustments for better accuracy. Additionally, based on a screenshot Audra
shared, I identified a potential error in Jenifer’s projection. It appears
that an on-call coordinator and a caregiver manager were scheduled to be in
rotation on the same weekend twice per month, which created a $9,000
variance annually. However, I’m still unable to account for the remaining
$20,000 difference.

This has been a valuable project for me, and I’ve enjoyed the opportunity
to work on it. I recognize there may be factors I’m unfamiliar with that
could be contributing to the discrepancies and would appreciate any
coaching to handle similar projects more efficiently moving forward. Would
you please review the completed Midwest on-call budget, current state and
desired state, for accuracy.
