We stated we could only assist if she would commit to three 12 hour overnight shifts and bill rate is $60/hr.  Evanston Hospital is a good referral source and we hesitate to turn them down when they refer.  There is a slight, very slight chance client may call for Tier 2 service upon discharge.  She reported she has Genworth LTC to intake and I will have Jinny have a conversation - rate would be $37.50/hour for in home services due to our CareScout partnership.
