📎 Sample# 115 - 195796 - Jillings 08.29.2022.xlsx
Hi Carolina We got a follow up question on one of the samples selected for Vancouver's revenue testing from back at the beginning of Feb. This is for client: *Lillian Jillings*. The attached excel has all the backup (invoice, payment/EFT report, bank stmt) that we provided to KPMG. KPMG's question is that the contract states that the clients willing to pay by EFT will get a $10 discount off the live-in rate. The payment supports shows that the client paid by EFT, but she was still charged the regular $380/day without the discount. Is there a reason the discount did not apply? cc'ing @Ali Malik <ali.malik@thekey.com> @Timothy Thomas <tt@thekey.com> in case they have some insight as well. Thanks.
