If it’s in person, you need to call and schedule an  appointment. In both cases, we require a copy of your 2 i.d.’s (picture of fro= nt and  back) to confirm your identity. Then, we will get your file from archives, prepare the copy and send it t= o  you by email or you can come back and pick up a copy in person (by  appointment). The costs for this service are 175$ + tx = 201.21$ which you can pay by=   interac transfer or in cash if you chose to come in person, by appointmen= t. Should you want to proceed by email, please transfer this amount by using=   this email. Kindly let us know when the transfer is completed so we can  acknowledge receipt of the funds and start the process of your request.
