When we acquired Executive care in NJ they had someone dedicated to live ins but we distributed the case load and everyone had a mix of hourly and live in. For the on-call, there is a policy for how to pay the hourly staffing team. Dawn should be able to provide that to you. I will also look for it and will send it over if I still have it.
