We appear to have a *high* volume of clients currently on hold status, that dates back months and, in some cases, years. Given our overall client count and revenue is down YOY, this may be a good opportunity for us to have our General Managers and Client Success Managers follow-up with our former clients to re-engage them to our services. I understand this should be part of our Pipeline process, however it does not appear to be consistently taking place in every location. At the very minimum, this exercise would clean up our list of clients currently listed as being "On-hold," however ideally we can win back their business. Let me know your thoughts if we could accomplish this before July 4th. Ideally, our Company name and care offering would be on the decision-makers minds going into the American Independence Day holiday when families may be visiting their loved ones.
