Important Notice: Monthly Management Fee Adjustment

Hello Alexa and Timothy,

We appreciate the trust you place in us as your digital advertising agency
and value the opportunity to serve you. It is our commitment to
continuously provide the highest standards of service that you have come to
expect from our team.

In line with this commitment, we wanted to inform you of an upcoming
adjustment to our monthly management fees. After careful consideration of
market conditions, operational costs, and the increased time required by
many platforms due to their growing complexities and new opportunities, we
have decided to implement a modest increase in our management fees.

Effective February 1, 2024 the monthly management fee for your account will
be adjusted to $1,680.00 (an increase of $80.00 monthly). It is important
to note that even with this adjustment, you continue to enjoy a discounted
rate compared to our current standard rate for new clients, which stands at
$2,375.00 for the same comprehensive services.

We remain committed to transparency and open communication, and we are here
to address any questions or concerns you may have regarding this fee
