Source deduction forms for new hires

Hi Joey,

Following our conversation with legal, we need to integrate the tax source
deduction forms in our caregiver on-boarding/application package. I am
including the link to the CRA and Rev QC sites where the forms are
downloadable in French and in English (TD1 and TP-1015.3). Can you have
them integrated into the hiring packs and let the HR team know that they
are mandatory forms to fill for all new hires (and anyone being
reactivated)? Ideally, we should also look at going retroactively and have
the existing caregivers fill them as well, but the priority is the new
hires.
