 8x8 reviewed the call.  They can't definitively identify what occurred, but they do have a theory.  A couple questions ... 
   
 1.  To the best of your knowledge, was Allison a part of any of the Montreal groups and recently removed? 
 2.  Is it possible that someone else in the Montreal - English group answered the calls and transferred them to Allison?
