Callrail is masking as intended. Our goal is to show a tracking number on the site that routes to the number we've hardcoded on the website. This is the desired state not an error. The issue with Oakville was that the hardcoded number needed to be updated so that Callrail could read and swap that number accordingly and route it. This facilitates our call attribution (ie did someone call from paid, organic, social, etc). Our web dev team has confirmed that everything is working as intended.
