Hey Tim,
Steve and I have always managed our increases outside the corporate process
which is not news. Can you ensure someone doesn’t intervene in our JV as
outlined below? Our margins are great and we are growing. We don’t want
anyone derailing this.

We will be implementing a *4% rate increase* for all active clients who
began services *prior to June 1, 2025*.

*The following client groups are excluded from this increase:*

   -

   VA Clients
   -

   Clients with a “Partner Rate Exception = True”
   -

   CareScout Partnership Clients

Rate increase approvals will be assigned in *Salesforce* this week and must
be reviewed and approved by the GM *no later than Friday, October 10*. Any
approvals not actioned by this deadline will be *automatically approved*,
and corresponding client notifications will be issued.

Please note: *No exceptions will be made* to this rate increase policy.

*Effective Dates & Notice Requirements*

   -

   *No Notice Required:* Effective *October 27*
   -

   *30-Day Notice Required:* Effective *November 24*
   -

   *60-Day Notice Required:* Effective *December 29*
   -


*Notices to be sent October 13, 2025 *
