Hi Carol,

We have a ton of live-in cases in NJ and they are successfully managed by
the specific person staffing, caregiver ambassador, etc, They all plan a
roll. Do you want to spend time talking with some of the NJ Managers? They
can give you some feedback.


I am actually meeting with Steve Koyanagi (corporate legal) to talk about
caregivers and driving. I will tell you what comes from that conversation.
As I mentioned, we have several caregivers for Daughterly Companions that
drive their own cars. This will be good to talk about on a higher level.

I attached the staffing on call pay procedure that Dawn sent out last
month.
