Hi All!

With two recruiters, Brandy Rivera and Ayla Lema, based in Chicago, we have
noticed an increasing number of calls intended for the recruiters being
directed to our Caregiver Managers. While we are thrilled about the high
volume of inquiries, this has led to some frustration among the Caregiver
Managers, as they are dedicating significant time to handling these calls,
limiting their availability to assist with the caregiver line.

To address this issue, we suggest creating a separate ring group
specifically for recruiting. This will ensure that calls are directed to
the appropriate team, allowing Caregiver Managers to remain focused on
supporting caregivers while ensuring recruiters are easily reachable.

Is this something that we could implement easily?
