Non-Caregiver OT

Hi Team - nice job on managing OT - I know once we move to Frax in NE and
MidAtlantic we should see minimal if any OT as we use PD help to manage
this. Please look at names and ensure OT is really needed vs someone
staying over. Jon and Amanda I would expect never to see OT for recruiters
so if there is any please address and reinforce. Again thank you all for
focusing on this.
