I have decided to have another employee engage in this = matter so that moving forward we do not have this problem again. My accountant is now reviewing the file from January 1, 2024 as I said = before. She normally reviews all rent files every December first, for = the calendar year. She will be in contact with you if she feels its necessary. It is ok if = you did not pay August as per my instructions, as well as September, a = proper balance will be calculated. Thanks for the spreadsheet, it is not that confusing, besides all that = really matters is that we both come to the same figure in the end. When = I sent Tim the July 1, email, I did not go back far enough. Moving forward I will be glancing at the figures every quarter and my = accountant every 6 months.=20 Thanks for your help.
