I am going to have my accountant look at the file from January 1,2024. This file that I do not follow has been a real mess. I have brought these discrepancies to the attention of Key several times = in the past 6 months, as well as me telling you not to pay August rent.=20 =20 Firstly the amount of monthly rent is correct so that is one thing. Secondly no more cheques, and payment if possible must come from 1 = source. Thirdly I will be keeping my eye on the file to insure these = discrepancies do not happen again.
