Hi Tim,
Just an FYI.
I have opened a ticket to Salesforce because our SOCs from Last Week are
not displayed

Last week's Actual starts of care are not displayed

   - Erin Behnke first billable shift May 16, 2025 - still showing Closed
   Won , Not Started
   - Avrum Gray first billable shift May 15, 2025 - still showing Closed
   Won, Not Started
   - Wilma Simmons first billable shift May 15, 2025 , not finding on
   Salesforce Home Screen at all
   - Sergei Venyaminov first billable shift May 15, 2025, not finding on
   Salesforce Home Screen at all
   - Belton Fleisher - returning client, shift on May 17 not finding on
   Salesforce Home Screen at all
   -
   - And this client is closed won not started but not found on Salesforce
   Home Screen
   - Jim Kucienski - first shift will be May 22, 2025, so should be Closed
   Won Not Started
