Hi, all - Following our discussion for the scenario where a caregiver
transfers from one agency to another, the group confirmed that this is
expected to occur infrequently. Given the rarity of this use case, the team
agreed not to move forward with a development workaround.

In the event that a caregiver does transfer between Canadian agencies, Tim
Thomas approved proceeding with the existing Caribou workflow (the
caregiver’s rewards are reset and they become eligible for the new hire
incentives (i.e. sign-on bonus, milestone rewards)).
