Also why do we need to lower the commission in year 2 onwards? Operationally- if there is any issue with the service, does the client/facility call TK (to control the client relationship) or Lifeguard and how would that actually work? Are there any geographic limitations for Lifeguard to get the sensors installed and serviced if there are any issues= ? What has been the failure rate of any sensors? Finally, since we are really helping them grow their business and create value for their company as an early partner and adopter, we should be given warrants in the company so if we help them build a valuable company, we benefit too.
