Hi Joey,

Meeting next month, 7-16, works for me, especially as we’ve postponed per
your request due to the CSMs’ time off and busy schedules. It is important
that the SLA remains top of mind, particularly since we’ve just completed
the official training. I understand day to day business needs must come
first and are top priority.

If you could review the completed spreadsheet and notes with your team in
the meantime, that would be really helpful—especially as we begin
incorporating Care Match criteria. I’d like to ensure they stay on track
with SLA expectations and don’t feel overwhelmed by the new processes.
