Here are the new one.

Color quality is perfect but cut shows the white.

Good morning Tim,

Could you please send me some more pictures of the Montreal and Vancouver business cards? I can go to the Calgary office and take pictures myself there.

Here is what my printer said:

Thank you for reaching out and for providing the detailed explanation and reference images. We’re very sorry to hear about the cutting issue on your recent business card order, and we completely understand how disappointing this must be especially with your customer waiting on their cards.

To help us investigate further, could you please provide a few additional photos showing the issue across multiple pieces, along with the quantity affected for each order number provided? Once we have that information, we’ll forward it to our production team for review and request reprint approval.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding, as well as your continued trust in our company. We’ll do our best to get this resolved for you as quickly as possible.

Thank you,

Is it possible for you to send me pictures of the other cards as well? This will help me compare the finishes and identify exactly where the issue is coming from.

I will reach out to one of my other printers early next week and request a sample print for you. I’m confident we’ll find a quick and reliable solution so you can get the quality you expect.

Thank you for your patience, and I appreciate you giving me the chance to make this right.

Hi Silvana,

I received the new cards and again I’m disappointed with the quality of the cut. The edges are all rough and the color is missing. See the picture attached next to cards from other companies (which are by no means a “higher quality” stock). What’s going on here? If we can’t get a decent card made we’ll have to find another supplier.

Thanks

Tim
