Hi All!

We had numerous areas that had a minimum wage increase on 1/1/24.  This
means that our live in *PAY* rates could need adjusted if you are paying
based on minimum wage.

Example:  Minimum wage $15.00, but effective 1/1/24 minimum wage is $15.69.
10 hour live-in X $15.00= $150.00 daily rate
10 hour live in X $15.69= $156.90 NEW daily rate

If you need the live-in pay rate adjusted in ClearCare to reflect the
increase in minimum wage, please submit a ticket to
clearcaresupport@thekey.com ASAP.

Once Roxana confirms that this is completed, the Caregiver's pay rates will
need to be adjusted ongoing in ClearCare/Wellsky to meet the minimum wage
requirement by the field teams.

Please let me know if you have any questions at all!  I know this can be
confusing!
