Linda called again yesterday and sounds very serious about setting up care. She is requesting an in-person assessment. Cathy will not do the assessment due to the geographical location and Vanja does not have a very good track record with closing clients in her assessments. I am assigning this one to Vanja and hopefully she is able to get the case. Linda is looking for 3 days of respite care per week (Monday, Wednesday and Thursday) with the hours of 10am-4pm. Her husband Cliff likes to watch tv and has and ostomy bag. Wondering what we can do in terms of changing the bag. Also, needing help with his speech exercises and physical therapy exercises for Parkinson's Disease.
