Updated Quebec Client and CG Agreements

Tim,

Per our prior discussion, attached are both updated Quebec client and CG
agreements to reflect the 6 month non-solicitation period.

On the client side, I've attached both a redline and clean version. Based
on the redline version, can your team also update the French client
agreement as I didn't have a copy?

For the CG side, I've attached both an updated English and French version.
I've also inserted the new TheKey logos, but you may want to have a
marketing person format/make it look prettier.
