Report assistance needed

There are two reports that I used a lot in Analytics that I'm hoping you
can help me find a comprobile report for in Tableau, since I no longer have
access to Analytics.

I used the CCM Scorecard report and Animal Mix report weekly. Specifically,
I'm looking for conversions for client care managers with
leads/opportunities/assessments, and for clients that started with us and
whether they are still with us by the end of the same month they started.

Could you please assist when possible or direct me to whom could?
