I offer to you that if your system is to adopt a weekly manual review of an automated system to get this right, it will absolutely fail over time. I remind you that my mother's name is Ronith Hirsch - it was spelled in two different ways in the last email. I do not see how an automated system can allocate two similar but different accounts to the same person. I am fine not being privy to the background chatter about who needs to do what.
