I followed the req requirements set from onboarding to upgrade Vanja back at the beginning of February. Several times I have inquired about the status and asked if there was something more I needed to do or if I had done it correctly. Until now, I haven't been informed of doing anything incorrectly. It doesn't make sense though that my screen shot would refer to her being transferred into her current role. In any case, I will go through the process again, hopefully correctly this time.
