Team - we have Client Success Managers because their purpose is to ensure o= ur clients have a point of contact who can navigate through all of TheKey c= hallenges. When we bring them on they should know who that is and their con= tact email and info. For legacy clients the same - do they know the informa= tion and the backup numbers - Aileen would love to map out a standard templ= ate and process on communicating up front and ongoing to our clients that w= e should be following in each office. We can modify depending up use of Fra= x vs local on call etc. Team letâs share with Aileen your BDPs so w= e can try to determine something we can share.
