In order to make this client exempt from the holiday you will need to update on the schedule in clearcare. Screen shot below on where you can edit on the shift. 

 

Looping in our billers on this account as well to look out for this during finalization to make sure we do not bill.

Thank you for reaching out regarding the invoice. I am looping Michelle in to help educate on the proper process for Operations in ClearCare as this is an integrated location. She will know best how they should circumvent the Agency Settings, if they’re set up to invoice 8/7 as a holiday for all clients.

So please ensure Anna Jefferies is not charged the holiday surcharge and that her associated caregivers do not receive statutory pay in addition to a holiday surcharge should they work on the 7th.

We have a Nova Scotian client who is billed and paid out of Toronto. The issue on Monday August 7th is that is is a Civic holiday in Ontario but NOT in Nova Scotia. For the client Anna Jeffrey we cannot pay or bill time and a half and I am not sure what needs to be done to ensure this accuracy. I suspect it will mean a manual override in clear care but wanted to ask about that.
