Faris Nimry — Taylor Cleland to Home Care Assistance Only

Assessment completed- Pauli left documents in person with Michael and Faris. Michael is scheduled meetings with us and one other agency to see which one is the right fit. Meeting with the second agency tomorrow then will touch base with us to confirm soc date

start with 4 hour shifts but with require 24 hour care for 3 days while Michael travels to Ottawa
