Working from Home

Hi all,
As we are spending a significant amount of dollars for offices i am making
it an expectation that everyone works in an office - appears we have some
still working a hybrid role (recruiting biggest offender). Time to have
conversations with everyone and if they cannot come to office then we may
need to discuss parting ways and finding folks who can. Let me know if you
want to discuss anyone in your lanes on our 1:1s. I have a list shared on
who is identified on recruiting side as a hybrid. Thanks
