Good afternoon everyone,

As we discussed in the GM call Wednesday, we have been working on an
enhanced version of the Operations Incentive Dashboard

It is now published in Tableau Cloud and ready for you to access. Please
note, Google reviews for January are not yet loaded, but should be updated
by mid to late next week. The dashboard can be accessed directly via this

has all of your role related reports. Below is a summary of the new
functionality:

   1. Summary by Site has KPIs at the top indicating progress towards
   target (Target is to "Keep a Key")
   2. Summary by Site now has color coding to show different levels of
   achievement such as "Earn 1 Key", "Keep a Key", "Lose 1 Key", as well as a
   "Close to Keep a Key". Legend is at the top
   3. Google Reviews achievement has been added (update for January next
   week)
   4. Tier 1 Details - "Included in Tier 1 target" now has new clients
   included in the "Potential" group. Clients who have <31 days of tenure, but
   could reach 31 days in the current month are now included (if their avg
   hours are greater than 26)
   5. Caregiver Margin - Added a visual at the top to show the caregiver
   trend
   6. Caregiver Margin - Added the value to "Keep a Key" for each site
   rather than just show the baseline value
   7. Baselines/Targets - Added "Caregiver Margin - To Keep Key" value for
   each site
